Social Worker
With a background in social work (community mental health, casework and Asylum Seeker support) Miranda has worked in the school space for the last 8 years. Working in the classroom as a wellbeing specialist support, to leadership roles in schools, creating and implementing wellbeing programs in the alternative school space. Miranda’s current works focus on trauma informed practice training to staff in schools and creating inclusive classrooms for the most vulnerable and behavioural challenging young people across the state.

Miranda is passionate about community care and holistic approaches to health, wellbeing and work. Through her work supervising and supporting teachers in schools she has a breadth of knowledge of how to work sustainably in challenging classroom environments and how to support school staff and students alike. Miranda works to support and promote mental health, wellbeing and connecting to the things that fulfil and sustain us.
